Standard
This is the standard position used for gauging material. It can be used as a stand-alone gauge finger, with another VIP Gauge or with your existing back gauge finger.
Side By Side
VIP Gauges are designed to sit next to each other without having any unwanted gaps that may compromise your setup.
Precision Ground Step
The precision ground step can be used to rapidly rest large parts on to support material while gauging.
Support Underneath for Large Part
Supporting material for large parts is critical in maintaining accuracy. By locating the provided accessory tip on the bottom of the VIP Gauge, it will allow support and a large surface to gauge off.
Small Bend
Add the accessory tip in the precision step for small bent legs. This will allow the VIP Gauge finger to run over the top of the die and still avoid collision with the punch.
